Digitalization is changing the way we reach out to people and communicate with them. While digitalization has created many cheap ways to get your message out there and track the response, it naturally comes with the disadvantage of the today existing advertising overload, making it harder to get people to actually listen and react to your communication. What we have to keep in mind is that we still have the same brain that we had before the digital era may have complicated our communication strategies. That is why I use psychology to show how we can use digital to communicate more effectively at Webdagene 2016 in Oslo 20-21 october.
